What happens when you do your work placement?
You're already learning and doing in a hands-on way with your course.
When you join an employer for a short period the work placement helps cement the theory and practical skills.
It's based around giving you a real job with real responsibilities and offering you support and training so you can perform well.
The work placement also lets you know first hand if this may be the career for you. Employers that may be looking for an employee also have the opportunity to work with you.
