Employability or work-readiness is still at the top the list for employers who are looking to recruit good people.
That's why the primary goal of Berwick TEC is to have our students graduate with stronger self esteem, a greater sense of community and to be the young employees of choice of local and wider organisations.
Learn all-round employability skills
As well as industry specific skills, you'll also learn how to do interviews, how to get a job and other critical job seeking skills. The focus is on all-round employability skills – not just technical skills – like how to get on with people, working in a team, problem solving and showing initiative.
Other educational institutions will say this and with good reason. The difference is, at the TEC, this is our business, our bottom line.
Our main aim is for you to gain a competitive edge for the next phase of your life or career.
